Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. * If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you must contact us directly via phone or text. * No-shows made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. * Cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may be subjected to be charged 50% of scheduled service price. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.
